Enjoyed our stay staff great and kids had great Time
Really clean rooms. Friendly staff the only down side was the indoor pool was not open and was not informed until check in.
The staff make this location great. I arrived and was greeted by Tzara, she can’t help but smile and is a shining example of hospitality customer service. She was considerate in room assignment regarding my dogs.The room and entire facility was clean and in good order. Other staff were friendly and considerate of my needs as well. While I think Hilton corporate could improve on details of service including safety for both guests and employees that is not the responsibility of the individual locations.
The rooms are as basic as they come, there's a desk but a horribly uncomfortable chair, relatively clean. Enough towels for two. Half the channels of a typical Hilton hotel, but the service was great. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friend and helpful. Especially Devon. Loved the proximity to pretty much everything you'd need to keep from having to bounce around from one side of the city to the next.
