The team is very helpful and lovely. As I arrived, I accidentally lock the rental car keys in the car. All my belongings, including my phone, wallet, ID, and beds. They very gracious and allowed me to use there personal cell phones to call the agency and get me roadside assistant. Especially helpful, were Kimberly and Maxine. In advance of a trip to Colorado Springs, my son made a reservation here for my wife and me. He advised the person at the check-in that my wife needed a handicap room due to recent surgery. My son was repeatedly assured they had what was needed. Yet, when we arrived and checked in, it was immediately obvious that we were not in a handicap room. It was merely a larger room than their standard. No grab bars, a standard bathtub with a shower, not a walk-in shower as was assured and a standard low toilet. We were tired from the ... read more
Newer hotel in pristine condition and super clean, comfortable rooms. The staff are friendly and provide excellent guest service. The property is well maintained. I had a wonderful, comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again!
