Did not have a good experience at this Hampton Inn. I stay in Hiltons about 80-90 times a year and I won’t be back to this one. Hair on the bathroom sink, no remote for the tv, red drops in the shower(can’t confirm it was blood but looked suspect and I wasn’t about to touch it) and chips in the carpet along the wall. I did call the front desk about the tv remote. Initially she couldn’t find one but messaged her manager and found one. Front desk was nice to bring it up to me but how is there not a remote?

Spent 5 hours trying to cancel a reservation. Got nothing but attitude the entire time. The hotel front desk spent the entire 5 hours not answering the phones. I use hilton for business and am a gold member, was close to becoming a diamond member. I will not be using hilton ever again. Try Marriot Bonvoy, IHG, or Wyndham. This location and the over seas call centers has put me off an entire company. Absolutely pathetic business.

Whoever is working there today needs to be fired. Not a single phone call has been answered in hours. Calling back to back to back about our reservation. Every number given by "customer service" has gone unanswered. And not to mention the "customer service" cant assist in canceling the reservation...Insane. the more we are in the town the less appealing it is. Just insane.

Great pool with nice hours. Advertises hot tub, but none available. Workout area doesn't open till 7 a.m. great breakfast options. Rooms and beds cozy and accommodating. Staff helpful to large groups.

If you're ok with rooms that smell like a cross between pet urine and wet dog, toilets that can't even fully flush (3rd Floor), thermostats that don't work and the AC unit that can't be turned off...all for $200+...this Hampton Inn is for you. If not...run away. At first glance walking in the room, it doesn't look too shabby...it was the bonus smells and lack of operable equipment that does ya in. Opt for another hotel as this isn't it...unless ya got a pet that needs a room.
