Rooms were clean with fresh towels and great location to stay while ice fishing the area lakes, but they charge you twice without telling you up front that when you check in that they charge your card when you check in and then when you check out and then you have to wait for your money to drop back into your account which took five days. I will stick with ihg hotels that has never happened when you stay with ihg hotels.
Front desk reception was unfriendly at best. Room was clean and quiet. The building for sure needs some refreshing.
