Front desk worker were disrespectful,rude and they laughed at everyone’s back as they walk away..I always choose [link removed] for all my travels and this was my first time ever with a horrible experience! I would not recommend this place to nobody not even to a homeless
Great hotel centrally located. 10-minute walk from Eaton Shoping Mall. 10 minute walk from College Metro Station and the yellow line. Three stops from Union Station. Get the UP from the airport to Union Station, 12.45 Canadian Dollars and then the Metro. Free coffee and tea all day. Breakfast, good selection.
I had a wonderful stay here recently. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Stephanie, who was working reception, was incredible! She was so kind, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. Her exceptional service made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
