Traveled 8 hours with my 2 young kids to get turned back by the manager requiring we pay the room AND the security deposit upfront on a credit card. I asked to pay for the security deposit on my credit card like I usually do at every hotel I go to and clear the room upfront on my debit. She litterally laught at me. Not offering any help or solution. Never again!
