Had a terrible experience. I found various cockroaches in the bedroom and when I notified it they did nothing. In fact, they questioned me if it was really true. This is not the kind of treatment I would expect after paying such a high price. Truly unprofessional behavior.

Easily accessible, quiet neighborhood, clean rooms, pleasant staff, standard brekfast options, walkable to Tim's. A 10 minute drive to downtown Kingston. Will definitely stay again.
