Room is great. Clean, lots of space, and everything seems to work properly. Staff are very friendly. Only issue, People were parked in the parking lot with loud music playing under our window.
The front desk representative at this location is consistently unpleasant. I believe her name is Anaza or Azana. This is my third or fourth visit here, and today was the last straw. She has repeatedly been uninviting, curt, and lacks the professionalism expected of someone in her position. Being a front desk clerk requires a positive attitude, cognitive flexibility, and appropriate auditory processing skills—none of which she demonstrates. Overall a great stay! Just not happy finding random strangers hairs in the bed when I first walk into a "clean room" and random hairs in the bathroom and bathtub. Also supposedly fresh clean towels have strangers long black hairs in them. That's pretty nasty and gross to see. Therefore, I'd recommend more thorough cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms/ towels.
