We had a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn in Columbia, South Carolina. Shauncie checked us in and was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Upon check-in, she greeted us, recognized our Diamond member status, and offered us our selection of snacks and drinks and more. She also made sure we had enough waters since we have an 8-month-old and use a lot for bottles. We were traveling with a play pen as well, and she ensured the extra bedding made it up to our room.
