Currently 4pm and still waiting for a room to be clean. They have my reservation and my room is assigned to me, but it isn’t clean yet so they can’t give me a key. Check in is supposed to be at 3pm.
I had a wonderful experience with this hotel, starting right from the booking process. Shriya Patel was incredibly helpful in assisting me with reserving my room. She was professional, responsive, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Her kindness and attention to detail really stood out and set a great tone for my stay. Excellent service like this makes a big difference, and I truly appreciate her help. Highly recommend!

I just want to say how pleasant Shaunie was during my stay at the Hampton Inn. She was so kind, polite, and helpful, and really made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It’s so refreshing to see someone who truly enjoys helping others. Please recognize her for a job well done!
The front desk person was so rude when we checked in and though the hold time we were there. The hotel is noisy with even the cleaning staff was stamping the doors. The only thing I would say is the breakfast buffet bar was very good, excellent hot food. And I don’t understand why the prices have gone up just for a bottle drink was 6.00 dollars.
