Beds were well worn, elevator was broken but location is everything.
These people that work here are so great! I haven't stayed here but two times I needed some shelter from the elements until my ride showed up and they were happy to accommodate me by letting me chill in lobby with no questions asked until my ride showed up. I'm not sure the two ladies names but they need raises. They sure do hire the right type of people! The lobby is gorgeous btw so I can imagine the rooms. Highly recommend just for the customer service experience!!
The front desk staff was amazing, helped me with any questions I had, and made me feel more than welcome! My room was great, and the morning breakfast was 10/10!
Nice area. The employees are super nice.
I was a bit disappointed in how long it took to check-in. It was nearly an hour before we could get 4 rooms checked in. They were booked under another name in our party and we had to jump through several hoops and phone calls to update the registration.
