Terrible soundproofing on 1st floor. They may be experiencing a staffing issue as well. At 4pm, our room was not initially ready. Once we got settled in, the cleaning person actually walked into our room by swiping the door. I guess there was something she hadn’t finished. I hate leaving reviews like this, as I know their staff is trying their best but they definitely need more employees. Attached video of sound traveling from upstairs
