Overall, the hotel stay was good, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, I was disappointed with the shuttle bus driver service on the morning of May 14, 2026. My friends and I politely asked if the shuttle was going to the airport since it was our first time here, but the driver responded rudely and sarcastically with an unfriendly attitude. I couldn’t find the hotel shuttle from the airport. I was waiting around from 8:45pm to 10:45pm at the hotel shuttle stop which was supposed to be in the limo spot at the airport. Tried calling the hotel multiple times with 10-15 minute waiting times and didn’t get an answer except for one answer which the receptionist told me to go to B203 door which is the limo pick up. Waited for the shuttle for 50 minutes in the cold rain, in the end we gave up and got a taxi. At the front desk they said it goes somewhere different to the official airport spot all the other hotels use. We did try to ring the front desk but they never answered. Hotel was OK but kinda old.
Made me wait in the lobby 30 minutes post check in time for a room, after I got my room they thought it was cool to assign that room to another incoming guest who entered while I wasn’t there with all of my valuables and items out..staff was rude and clueless, I cannot recommend staying here, absolute disaster
