Update. Right before checkout, at 5:59 AM, I grabbed a bagel from the breakfast area, which was dark, and was chastised by one of the Breakfast servers that the area was closed and I should not be taking any food prior to 6 AM. I informed her I need to leave to 6 AM to catch a flight at she did not back down one bit. I’ve never encountered such poor hospitality in recent memory at a hotel. —- Service was spotty. Staff very accommodating, warm. Room super clean,pillows amd towels soft and clean.
Very clean. Work staff is unfriendly except for front desk.
