I stayed at the Hotel based on the previous reviews for a work function. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was very good. Cleaning of the dining area needs to more often cleaned especially after daily breakfast. Tables were sticky. The floors had crumbs and food. The trash bins in the eating area need to be replaced. As the previous reviews mentioned, this hotel is popular among utilities workers, contracters. There were a lot of work vans parked in the parking lot.
I stayed in 2 different room…Saturday and Sunday nights. Room 211 did not have a working air conditioner and the toilet ran all night. While in the other room…the room was fine but front desk employees need better customer service training.
