Currently sitting outside the hotel waiting for someone to show up to the front desk so I can check in. The doors are locked so I can’t even wait in the lobby. I called 2 days ahead to let them know I would be arriving around 5am from the airport and they told me it was noted in the system. I l booked the extra night so I wouldn’t have this issue. I’m exhausted and literally waiting out in the parking lot. No one answers the intercom or the phone. Edit: once the front desk person showed up she was nice and friendly.
