Absolutely cannot say enough about my stay here! From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond. I hit a pothole, and my tire went flat immediately. I was standing in the parking lot in tears when the maintenance man walked by, told me to give him a second, and came back out in the heat to not only put my spare tire on, but also took the time to teach me how to change one myself. Booked for three nights while attending expansion opening of Crystal Bridges Museum. Absolutely convenient to restaurants, shopping and activities. One block from I-49. Room was spacious, well appointed, cared for and clean. Breakfast was well supplied and staffed. All guest service agents at the desk were knowledgeable and helpful.
