Alexis was such a pain and lacks the ability to inform their clients appropriately. I totally understand that there is a process and procedure to follow, however, could have all been easily avoided if things had been explained well enough. (This is coming from someone who’s a couple stays away from becoming a Gold member, I have rented plenty of rooms)
Clean rooms, comfy beds. Nice breakfast. Shelia, at breakfast, was so friendly and hospitable:) Alexis when we checked in Friday was so helpful and accommodating. Great pricing, too
Easy to find and get to. We had an amazing experience. We stay at a lot of hampton inns and this one is one of the best. Everyone was so friendly. The breakfast attendant (I think her name was Shelia) was amazing and made my family feel at home. Will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it anyone staying in the Round Rock area.
