The only thing about this visit that I didn't like was the construction work going on. We should have been informed about this. The choice should have been ours weather we wanted to stay there or NOT. The construction was going on inside the hotel.
What a warm and welcoming environment. After a long flight commute internationally, while very tired and fighting Texas allergies. Miss Jordyn Serbert provided a safe space to work, and acclimate back to the United States time zone, and the winter cedar pollen. When I decided to take some PTO and rest before my next flight to California, she was flexible, informative, and ever so helpful. This location makes you feel right at home. Very clean and modern. Very friendly helpful staff.
Was originally greeted by Alexis and she was amazing! Her customer service was impeccable and made getting into my room such a breeze. Breakfast was great and staff were super nice!
I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the Round Rock area!! Shelia and Alexis provided amazing service my entire stay. I really enjoyed my time there!
