The area looks sketchy but it’s very safe and the hotel is charming. Lawrence is awesome, he was kind, helpful, and extremely considerate. He made our entire experience better!
We booked this hotel while in Austin helping our daughter get settled into her new apartment at UT 🤘. From check in to out, everything was seamless. We even extended our stay by a day, and the staff was accommodating throughout. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. My personal favorite part of the stay was the breakfast. It was delicious, with a wide variety of food and drinks, and the dining area was spotless and modern. One of the best hotels in austin... It was a pleasure to stay here.The staff was so helpful and kind... Breakfast was amazing.. Would give the hotel a tin but it will only let me give five stars... We will definitely be back and we are looking forward to it.
