Very disappointed, no hot water for 4 nights, zero diet comes onsite yet tons of regular coke, sink wouldn’t drain and pillows are horrible. Took 3 to even slightly have a raised head to sleep. Service at front desk was not always friendly or accommodating with one staff person downright rude.
Great stay. Felt so welcome when greeted by Svea at the front desk. Everything is so clean. Breakfast was fabulous. Shout out to Felipe who makes fresh omelettes in the morning. Alexa and Sonya keep the buffet stocked and keep the place spotless. There are restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
Amazing stay.The beds are very comfy and the room is good.Is very close to the capitol and congress avenue.The breakfast was a nice hot breakfast.
Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend We stayed at this hotel last week and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from the moment we arrived. When we first checked in, we were told our room was ready, but when we went upstairs and opened the door, it was clear the room hadn’t been cleaned at all—there were still signs of the previous guests. Svea at the front desk is helpful and courteous and made the whole experience very accommodating. She even helped me tape up my tattoo in the morning. The Svea special at Hampton Inn 🤗
