Wonderful service, hospitality and experience.
Me and my family stayed at this hotel 08/2026 for 1 night. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and had great customer service. My room was not the best. My shower head sprayed water everywhere and got the bathroom floor really wet, even with the curtain being closed. The bed was not comfortable at all. The worst part of our stay was the roaches in our room and a spider in my bed. Unfortunately, I didn't see them until the morning and I immediately checked out. Jessica at the front desk was INCREDIBLY helpful during my stay and so kind and gracious when I needed a little bit of help during my stay! She seriously needs a raise. Incredible customer service and such a welcoming host for the week.
