The only reason it's getting 2 stars is because a few of the staff members were very helpful. This property needs a SERIOUS MAKE OVER! The furniture is old, beaten, and outdated. The first room we were in seemed to be a part of a crime scene. Lol. Some of the furniture was missing, the carpet had been pulled up and replaced with cheap flooring. Ice machine not working on several floors. I tried 8, 7, and 6th floors and no ice machine working. Called front desk and she said ice machine is working on 4th and 5th floors. Here is a great idea … let your guests know your ice machines are broken! It shouldn’t be up to the guest to search for a working ice machine. Is this your way of trying to save money and only have the lower floors with a working ice machine. I used to love Hampton inn but not anymore. I will take my overnight stays elsewhere.

Familia Hilton, siempre cómodos el desayuno incluido es muy simple pero por el precio siempre será opción. Cuarto muy limpio
