Terrible experience. The bed was dirty and had what i pressume is menstrual blood. We remade the bed ourselves. We got locked out the room multiple time. Hot breakfast was there but the way food was kept made it get hard or soggy
Hotel is great, but very bad costumer services. The ladies on the front desk especially. They cancelled my reservation because I was under 21, but it was through booking. And booking cannot submit the refund to me because they need a confirmation from the hotel, its so easy. But every time that I call the hotel front desk, they tell something different to me. Today they told me that they already refunded the money to me, but how????? is not on my account. The ladies are always very rude on the phone, I’m very disappointed. I... read more
