The Good the Bad and the Ugly. The Good - There is a great staff and a great location. The Bad - The desk setup. Barely any room between the desk and the bed for the desk chair. The Ugly - This room (437) needs an overhaul. The hanging mirror was leaning against the wall. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling away exposing cracked drywall. The door looked like someone had tried to break in. I am a Hilton Lifetime Platinum (humble brag) and this is one of the most neglected properties that I have stayed at in a long time.

Very musty and mildew-y. 99% sure I got pink eye from sleeping here. Had half of my coworkers leave after checking in due to unsatisfactory conditions and they went to a near by Marriott. Will never stay here again

Older hotel likely closing soon with bad service. Stay somewhere else if you can

Staff were so very helpful, but that’s about all the positive I can say about the hotel. We booked three rooms. The first smelled so bad of mildew. The second room had not been cleaned - there was wet laundry filling the tub, trash had not been emptied and mattresses were off the bed frames and wrapped in plastic. The third room was satisfactory with the exception the door did not close properly on its own. It needed to be pulled shut. The staff at this hotel is excellent and truly does the best they can with what they have to work with. Unfortunately, the condition of the property itself is a completely different story. The lobby and breakfast area look nice and could easily give you the impression that the rest of the hotel is in similar condition. Once you enter the hallways, however, that impression changes quickly. There is a noticeable smell of mold and water damage. I stayed in Room 220 on the second floor.
