I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Atlanta NW Cumberland and unfortunately had a poor experience. My first room had a strong, unpleasant odor, mold on the shower floor and AC unit, and a constant drip from the shower head. The door was also very difficult to open and close. I requested to move rooms, and while the front desk staff were polite, understanding, and professional, the second room also had visible mold in the shower (though it didn’t smell as bad). Ingrid front desk person she was so nasty to me and my family like we been here for like 3 days now and she is the first person that we met and was nasty to us I because on the situation me and my family in she treated us nasty but everyone else with respect and kindness and I didn’t like that at all

I book for a tub and the young lady switch me to two rooms she thought had tubs and online it showed that so I’m disappointed with hotel for that issue. I want. Refund. Minor things make a different. Rooms are nice but I needed to relax get way.
