I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this Hampton Hotel. I booked online, expecting the clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience I have had at other Hampton hotels. If you are used to the standard Hilton experience, this is not the hotel for that. There's never anyone at the front desk. There was a sign at the desk saying to grab what you want from the snack shop and write it down with your room number. The guest shouldn't be doing your job for you. The breakfast and location were good. The room smelled musty and the floors could have been cleaner.

Rude front desk help. Worn rooms and furnishings. Police in parking lot all night with flashing lights on, for obvious safety reasons.
