If you are on a budget and only need a place to stay, this is the place. Don't rely on the "free breakfast" at 6-10 am. There was one time there was nothing at 6:45 so just decided to leave and have breakfast somewhere. No daily housekeeping. Maybe you have to request your trash needed to be collected, otherwise you sleep with your overflowing trash.

Location is great for what we need but the service is completely negligent! They ran out of towels so we had to use the pool towels which are very thin. Housekeeping was non-existent. The breakfast was not tended to very well. The hotel needs a lot of renovations and upkeep. We've stayed here many times over the years but it has really gone downhill. It seems like Hilton has totally forgotten about this facility. I don't anticipate it being open much longer unless Hilton invests in some renovations and upkeep!

Ive stayed at over 100 Hilton properties and this by far was the worst. Im surprised Hilton hasn't removed their name from this place. Everything was broken, dirty and worn. We ended just leaving and going to the Emabassy Suites around the corner. Id put 1 star on service but the person at the front desk was pleasant and also agreed that it was poorly run.

Old place. Smells. I expected more from this room. Paint the walls so u don't see black in corners or dirty stuff on them. I won't stay at another Hilton/hampton.
