Driving far and called to make a reservation. Asked a question quietly (as I am in the car and my son is sleeping) and the very first thing the receptionist said was "Can you do me a favor and remove your mouth from the damn phone and speak again clearly because my damn ear drums hurt". I hung up instantly, ain't no way I'm staying at a place where that is my first impression. Seemed like a good price but I won't be going due to the unfriendly and unprofessional staff.

We came here with my two little ones and my mom, we got two rooms and both rooms had mold on the AC units. We were then able to switch rooms but those also had mold on the AC units. We didn’t end up staying here. Ebony at the front desk was beyond amazing. She really did her best to accommodate us and we really appreciate her help. Her customer service really saved the evening.

I've stayed here many times and this time I saw 3 roaches. Will never stay at this location again. There is construction in the area. This was the first time seeing insects

Great location, but the staff is very unprofessional. They act like they dont have to do their job. Not very clean.

Very disappointing — feels neglected and dirty rather than simply “older” I honestly don’t understand how this property has such a strong online presentation. After staying here for five nights, I would not stay here again. This is an older hotel, and I don’t mind an older property when it is clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, this one feels dirty, worn and uncared for.
