I BELIEVE THE STAFF SET UP CAR THEFTS HERE. PLEASE READ!! Update: the general manager, Nicole, said she would give us a refund for our $236 park and fly bill. She indicated that they gave the refund as a courtesy, not obligation. The general manager was empathetic and professional. DO NOT PARK AND FLY! YOUR CAR WILL BE STOLEN! Staff were kind, but unable to stop the more than four hours of stressful, disturbing, loud drilling noise in the corridor outside my second floor room. I contacted the front desk twice, was offered “points” which I declined, because I wanted and expected a quiet hotel experience.
