Close to the school which is perfect for me. The place is outdated and could be amazing. Carpet a tripping hazard in hallways tvs small just an older Hampton. Breakfast and front area are clean and customers service is great. I plan on staying here a lot for the next 4 years!
The service was great - all the employees were stellar! But, the beds were the most uncomfortable, hard beds I've ever slept in at a Hampton Inn.. we won't be able to stay at this location again. We have a son at South - we'll stay at the other Hampton Inn which is pretty good.
The property is rundown and in poor shape. Moldy, musty smell permeates. Poorly managed. Cleaning staff didn’t do their job until I complained. Laundry facilities without selling any detergent. The management also text bombed me asking for a 1-5 review. When I gave a “2” they asked if they could call to discuss. I gave a time I was available, they assured they would call. Can you guess if they called or not? Solid 1-star property in all respects.
This hotel was awesome! Our dogs loved it i would recommend going here!
