The room was not clean they left hair in the shower from the person's previous stay. The towels were dirty, the bed had stains on it. Expect no sleep from the cars racing all night.
We stayed 04/21/26 to 04/24/26, the room was clean, I think the carpet was relatively new, the best part of our stay was how convenient the hotel location was to the the various places we had to go, plus so many restaurants that were very close. The hotel offers maid services upon request, I asked for additional towels on the second day to last us until we left but they would only give me two towels, I don’t know if they had a towel shortage or perhaps there is a black market for stolen used towels lol. The hotel is extremely old needs a reformation.
The room we rented was very spacious and comfortable.
I been waiting at the front desk for 30 minutes and no one is here. They have a 100% guarantee to make customers happy. Well after a long day at work I would like to get to my room and relax not wait for 30 minutes (maybe more still counting). I am definitely not happy.
