We always stay at Hampton. Nice and quiet and easy on your budget.
Main reason for my mid review of Hamptons is because my room smelled like cigarettes. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. My colleague and I enjoyed the breakfast. Finally the location was convenient for us with many dining options nearby.
I travel 3 weeks of every month these days and have stayed at the Hampton Inn Folsom several times. Each time it is a good experience-the rooms are quiet and clean (not fancy or foo foo), the hotel is safe and in a location close to good restaurants and amenities. What is really nice are the people here-Max has been the night clerk on duty each time and is friendly, helpful and personable. The morning team is always a great too.
