Hotel located in great place in Folsom. Service is great, but room design is old and not meet expectations. Also no safe at hotel, no one touched anything, hut still was amazied you have no place to pit value staff secured in the room.
STAY AWAY, there may be a pattern of misrepresentation, unprofessionalism and greed. Manager Karen is rude, kept talking over me and worst of all shamelessly lied about the cancellation policy which was still within the cancellation timeline. Hilton corporate gladly cancelled the reservation, no questions asked.
Clean rooms and grounds. Decent breakfast options. Friendly, helpful staff.
