Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast area is clean and big. The rooms are a bit loud. The gym is great it’s much bigger than most hotel gyms. The pool area is indoors and always has plenty of towels
Hotel is in a great location with many shops and restaurants. Staff was very courteous and attentive. Breakfast has good selections and the food is always well stocked.
FAILED - SAFETY, COMMUNICATION, PROFESSIONALISM. Update:Hilton responded to this apologizing saying they'd look into it months ago, there has been nothing. I stay in dive hotels on biz trips in the middle of nowhere, I can overlook a lot of things and be generous in a review if I was safe and had a warm shower. Hilton has completely failed me on this in safety and feeling respected. The room is a good size, quiet and clean. The breakfast is standard quality, nothing special.
I stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites Folsom for nearly a week during a work trip and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days. The complimentary breakfast was excellent each morning with plenty of options to choose from. I also appreciated the ample parking and the very clean and well-maintained gym.
