Arrived around 12:30am and quickly got our room. The floor was damp and the room smelled of mold. I went to the front desk and told them of the problem and asked if we couks switch rooms. The lady apologized and said she thought that problem was fixed. The 2nd room still had a odor but it was 1am so we touched it out. We told the lady at the front desk when checking out she just said have a good day.
Dawn is amazing
Dawn's breakfast stole the spotlight to this hotel. Friendliest host and very accomodating to needs. She kept the stations very clean and provided great service.
Traveling from Alabama to Florida, this was a great halfway stop for us. Our room was clean and spacious, there is an excellent gym, and great breakfast too! Everything we needed. Dawn helped us with breakfast in the morning. She was very kind and helpful! It’s not the fanciest hotel, but the staff is wonderful and so are the accommodations. I would recommend 😊 Thanks again!
