As a professional property manager I expect to be dealing with other professionals in this office. That is not the case. When you email in a packet in for a prospective tenant you’ll get zero response, you can follow up via phone calls, no one will answer, no return calls. If you do get lucky and get someone eventually they will say they are processing it and will get in touch. It took over 3 weeks from submission for them to reject a tenant’s application.
