Extremely poor customer service. Per doctors order, an oxygen machine was supposed to be delivered to my mom on Friday. They were too busy to get it there but said it would get there Monday between 9-12. At 1:30, they are now saying between 3-6 pm. As a healthcare facility, this is extremely poor service. If you value your loved one, direct doctor to order elsewhere.
