Frances Luna is a great property manager. She goes out of her way to help tenants solve issues to completion while keeping to the Hampton & Hampton guidelines. They are lucky to have her, and so are we. Frances Luna was also instrumental in getting an air conditioner company out ASAP to fix the a/c in the heat (93 degrees inside the apartment!) Thank you!
This company is a scam! They list properties and get applications and/or deposit fees then take the house off the market then repost the house as a new listing. Thank God they wouldn’t take half a deposit from me. But “took the place of the market because they weren’t managing it anymore “ when I had my deposit ready. Hours later house back on the market , clean slate, no applications processed per Zillow.. yea right! So I requested a new appointment and they took it right back off the market, lol! A joke! Very unprofessional and money hungry property management company. If you have an appointment with them, it won’t matter. They won’t honor it, and won’t consider other applicants. An Agent named Lisa was very unprofessional in this way.
