I'm absolutely disgusted with this company and Jessica. What makes me even more sad is to see the amount of reviews on here with the same issues. I handed my keys in and the rental was spotless, a new tenant could have moved in that same day! I had the carpets cleaned as per the lease, but went above and beyond to have the whole unit professionally cleaned and I touched up the walls which I hardly dented or put holes in. My family was forced to live in a rodent-infested apartment at 459 Kansas Avenue, and when I reported it, the landlord retaliated with an eviction. It's a shame I can't give a 0 because 1 star is too much for this company. They're thieves. They make you fill out an application, which costs 85 per person, and they ask you to pay the full deposit upfront. Then they disappear. They blame the app company and wash their hands of it. They told us our application never came thru when clearly we have all proof that it did, and when you tey to get you money back they play dumb. One star is even giving too much. The disrespect and miscommunication is completely unacceptable. The real estate agent Jessica apparently has issues getting back to potential clients, but has no issue with having them wait for a simple call back from her. Very unprofessional customer service. Had to call three different numbers only to be sent straight to voicemail and a company/agent relying on an automated message system that is super unreliable is super unprofessional. Absolutely disgusted with how business is handled.
