A friend stayed a year in the house, left it better than it was, I know because I made the 2 changes with him, so I saw how he took it and I saw how he delivered it, then at the time of having the money back from the deposit they didn't return it claiming that they had something to do, I don't recommend it!
A friend of mine rented a house with them and at the moment to money back the security deposit they kept with $720.00. It’s unacceptable cause I saw, I helped him during the moving to start the contract and when finished the contract and the house is in better condition when he leaves.
BE VERY CAREFUL WITH HAMPTON & HAMPTON MANAGEMENT & LEASING I rented a house from this company for one year. The property was delivered dirty and with several issues, and I returned it in much better condition than when I moved in. During my tenancy, I spent almost $2,000 of my own money making improvements that already should have been done: painted the garage floor, fixed a broken microwave, repaired loose door thresholds, and fixed the dryer ventilation system. A friend of mine rented a house and I've helped him on to move in and move out from the house. My friend made few improvements on the house and definitely gave the house back better than he received. Even though they held $720 of his deposit.
They are unprofessional and terrible at communicating. If you need any kind of maintenance it's a nightmare. Their inspection is a joke. I had a terrible experience and I don't recommend it to anyone, run away from them
