Mikayla and the office team did a fantastic job showing me apartments and guiding me through the process. They were transparent, helpful, and made everything smooth and easy. I really appreciate their professionalism and great work!
Since moving in, I’ve had constant issues that have made it hard to feel comfortable in my own home. The roaches is nonstop there in the kitchen, bathroom, and even crawling on the walls. I’ve done everything I can on my end, but it doesn’t matter because the problem is clearly coming from the building. Pest control is either inconsistent or completely useless. Stayed here in 2018 and from the recent reviews I see the roach issue has gotten even worse. Renters beware.
UPDATE: Quick response? Interesting that it took you over a year to respond. They don't care and won't fix the issue. Also, that very much IS the apartment. To anyone who thinks about living in this apartment complex, tour tour tour. You will see the same carpet and outlets. This place is disgusting and you will have cockroaches infesting your stuff.
