Unfair move-out charges. I stayed in Hampton Greens from April 2019 to July 2021. I was charged a move-out fee of $786.50. It seems like renovation charges are being added to the previous tenant. Attached picture taken on move-out to show that it was normal wear and tear. I enjoyed every minute of my stay at this place. When I hear “Hampton Greens”, that itself brings a lot of peace to my innersole. This is a very good community to stay. One of my friends use to stay at this place in phase 2 and when I use to visit him, I fell in love with this place and decided to move to Hampton Greens.
