Absolutely AWFUL!!!!! My husband, me, our dog and two cats have lived here for not even a year and there has been issue after issue after issue. Hot water problems. AC problems to the point where our apartment was 90 degrees multiple days in the summer. Basically every appliance stopped working at least once, yes at least once. The apartment itself is okay, and the maintenance guy is great but the astounding amount of crime in this apartment complex puts even the most dangerous of Columbia's neighborhoods to the test. I've had car break-ins, packages stolen, everything that isn't nailed down is just taken here. Mind you this is somewhere I pay a premium for because it is a gated community (that never has a working gate). This property is scamming people out of their money. My cousin put in an application here not even an hour ago and was denied for insufficient support of income to support rent mind you they hadn’t even asked for paystubs or anything yet. They are charging $50 for an application they aren’t even Ben thoroughly reviewing. Let me start by saying how beautiful Hampton Greene is. The property all together is a well kept community. I had the pleasure of touring with a wonderful lady by the name of Davonna. Her energy and knowledge of the property alone caught my attention. I didn't have an appointment and she did not hesitate to still assist me.
