My air conditioning stopped working at the start of summer. Our apartment rose to 85 degrees by 11 am and would only cool down to about 76 by 4am, and that’s as low as it would go while running AC 24/7. After multiple urgent maintenance requests to fix or replace the unit, management’s temporary solution for two weeks was to put a mobile AC unit in my apartment which cooled down a small area of the apartment for my son and newborn to sleep in. This has been one of the best places I've stayed at in columbia. 1st I just want to say that I love the management, when you call you aren't met with AI and if they don't pick up someone will call back within an hour. I've never had to wait more than 2 days for maintenance to come. The property is always kept nice and if anything happens they always send an update. Shout out to Carmen and the staff for showing me these Beautiful and quiet apartments. What i loved most is I felt safe and at home from the moment I stepped my foot in the building.
