I've given this review much thought and wanted to be honest, fair, and respectful. Although I could use the individuals' names, I have chosen not to do so. The maintenance crew here has always been spot-on. Anytime we have asked for repairs or help with something involving our apartment, they have always responded quickly and professionally. This by the worst place that I've lived . Someone broke into my apartment and broke the glass window. They never came to fix it. Melanie is by the far the worst manager ever. She was very rude and acted like she didn't care. Till this day the glass window isn't fixed and it's extremely hot in my apartment. They are bugs in my apartment due to them taking a their time on this issue. I have also called her about this and she keeps telling me it's on back order.
