Let me start by saying how beautiful Hampton Greene is. The property all together is a well kept community. I had the pleasure of touring with a wonderful lady by the name of Davonna. Her energy and knowledge of the property alone caught my attention. I didn't have an appointment and she did not hesitate to still assist me. The ladies who work in this office are very rude and disrespectful. Not customer service etiquette or communication skills at all. I’ve only lived here for two weeks and have already had several issues with the apartment itself, from a broken water heater that had been leaking through the walls for months, to mold and mildew issues that weren’t addressed satisfactorily. The new manager is mean, she has no respect for the residents. We have been waiting for days for them to resolve a situation in the apartment. When we go to the office, the lady is rude, she treats us unkindly and does not resolve anything. They conceded that this is not the way to treat residents.
Please for the love of god, DO NOT LIVE HERE! I've been here 5 years and if it's not one thing, it's another. Where to start? Haven't had lights outside our building for over a year (only recently fixed surprisingly), never replaced the water tanks so there's mold growing everywhere, the ceiling in the breezeway fell RECENTLY and they have YET to do anything about it.
