Please for the love of god, DO NOT LIVE HERE! I've been here 5 years and if it's not one thing, it's another. Where to start? Haven't had lights outside our building for over a year (only recently fixed surprisingly), never replaced the water tanks so there's mold growing everywhere, the ceiling in the breezeway fell RECENTLY and they have YET to do anything about it. I’ve been trying to get an apartment here for the last three weeks. Jumping through endless hoops just to be told “when you finish, give us a call and we’ll proceed”. Normal right? Yeah, except for the part where nobody is ever in the office/NEVER answers the phone. Every day I’ve been up there this week, there’s a sign hanging on the door ‘We will return Monday at 9 AM’. Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother.
I've given this review much thought and wanted to be honest, fair, and respectful. Although I could use the individuals' names, I have chosen not to do so. The maintenance crew here has always been spot-on. Anytime we have asked for repairs or help with something involving our apartment, they have always responded quickly and professionally.
