They don't fix nothing been waiting for two days for someone to come check my a.c. unit. They give us a emergency number. That don't work. been calling and calling still in this hot ass apartment burning the hell up.��

Let's hope with the new office staff, new maintenance, things get better. As the previous, were horrendous. Edit: 12/12/18- NOTHING has changed, with each new staff change, they get worse. Why am I still here? Because Charlotte has even less good places to live. Unless you are willing to go deeper into the damn hood (which I am NOT) or go over your budget in paying rent/mortgage if you're wanting better. Or, just leave Charlotte altogether if you can afford to. See this place? RUN. LIKE. HELL.

IT'S A GREAT PLACE TO STAY AS LONG AS YOU DON'T HAVE TO CALL THE OFFICE FOR ANYTHING. IF THEY RECOGNIZE YOUR PHONE NUMBER AS A TENANT, DEPENDING ON WHO'S IN THE OFFICE. THEY WON'T PICK UP. A FEW TIMES I CALLED FROM MY PHONE, NO ANSWER. BUT I CALLED FROM ANOTHER NUMBER ABOUT 2-3MINS LATER. THEN THEY ANSWERED.
