The apartment above us flooded. It took 3 weeks for PARTIAL repairs to our apartment to be completed. Nothing they told us would happen got done. After we decided to leave (granted not on the best terms) they charged us for the repairs to the carpets. The carpets that got flooded because it took them WEEKS to even come look at our apartment.. if you decide to live there make sure you stay ON TOP of them for any repairs to actually be completed.
90 Days!!! Someone needs to contact me ASAP. The property manager has my phone number. My grandchild can't home from the hospital. This has been going on almost 4 months. It's insane
I applied to this place the second week in December I never heard back from the people who process applications . The lady on the property was really nice and helpful when it came to viewing the apartment and applying for it but she doesn’t process the applications so it is not her fault . I was really hoping to move here but I received feedback from another complex within less than a week so I have moved in there .
please get a new manager VICTORIA needs to go when you call she is nasty and everything is a different price when you call rent is too high to be dealing with a nasty manager
