Highly recommend! Dr. Nicely is so knowledgeable and really takes time with you and your pet to guarantee high quality care. I was told by a different vet facility that both my girls would need to be seen by specialists for different reasons. I am so incredibly thankful that Dr. Nicely was able to treat both of my dogs issues without having to shell out the big bucks for a specialist. Not to mention my dogs go wild when they hear the word “daycare” and come home exhausted and happy. Everybody there seems to treat my dogs lik... read more

Mistreated my dog, he was not taken out on a regular basis & he ended up peeing his bed, we asked for 3 days of doggy daycare and it didn't happen, so he was basically left in the room for 6 days by himself - he loves to be around other dogs. When he was picked up his harness & leash were missing and was brought out on a rope, when my husband asked where the harness & leash were at they said according to their records we didn't bring him in with those items - later we went back and they magically reappeared and said it was a... read more

I'm so thankful for the boarding staff at Hampton Cove Animal Hospital & Covepets. They took excellent care of Leia and were accommodating to us picking her up a day early. They showed genuine concern when she stopped eating (she ate as soon as I brought her home) and made sure she had her nails trimmed. She also came home smelling nice and is settling in to being back home just fine. Schnapps used to come home from a different kennel STINKING to high heaven and would be not himself for days after coming home. I'm glad we ma... read more

Was told when we brought our families rescue that he had not been seen there before. In fact he had been saying last year, but apparently receive no service, but we were charged for it. This facility used to be much better, but seems to of gotten too big, too fast, and is more interested in a number of clients he can treat. Very sad.

Business response:

Thank you for making us aware of this situation. I did speak to the person who dropped Brody off this morning. It seems there was confusion about what medical services Brody was supposed to be getting done while he was at our facility for grooming last…See More

Boarded my dog here for 20 days. Cove pets did not call my emergency number when my 55lb dog quit eating. When I returned, he was weak, frail, limbing, still not eating, "lost" his toys and pooing only liquid PLUS has lost 5.5lbs. He in now under the care of my vet! Also paid for a bath the day before return which I do not believe happened since he was not even combed out and still had belly mats. Would NEVER RECOMMEND.

The absolute best care we’ve received for our sweet pups! Our Sully goes to daycare here often and loves it! The staff they have here is nothing but the best! We love everything about Covepets!
