Uninhabitable. If you live on bottom floor you not only will hear - you endure every single floorboard pop up and down -hundreds of them , from just a baby crawling. The flooring isn't even attached to the beams anymore . Hallways, laundry, grounds- filth, years of neglect. Every laundry machine inoperable - thirty years old. This place is an active threat to my health and safety and likely the other residents too. The crimes that happen in the area are not responded to by local police who have dubbed the neighborhood a no-go zone.

There are many prisons with better living conditions than this business can provide. It's great if you're a swamp creature that loves their sink randomly (and often) flooding with sewage and destroying all of your electronics on the counters.
