Be cautious when applying here - the property manager (Nikki Anderson) and her boss (Caroline Fortin) are very unprofessional and hard to get a response from. A week after submitting the application I asked for an update. This is after I was ignored multiple times during our tour process. I ended up getting a response saying my “tone” was very combative and we wouldn’t have a good tenant/landlord relationship. No one picked up the phone and called me. This place needs a major change, the maintenance workers need to be able to complete their tasks in a timely manner which they don't, they take too long. Many of the rules here get ignored not only by the people who live here but also by the people who run it,the landlord/property manager for various reasons.This fact alone makes it difficult to live here.Though the building has disability contingencies it is not a very thorough follow-through when there is an actual emergency,the emergency service people tend to not actuall... read more
