They made us pay over $300 to MOVE OUT of our apartment after paying on time for over two years. The other tenants are constantly getting arrested and nothing is done about it. Animals are free to use the bathroom anywhere and no one gets in trouble for it. I've seen used needles in the grass and bounty hunters attempting to arrest someone. The pool is disgusting. The landscaping is nothing but dirt. It's basically a glorified trailer park.
Do not even think about renting here! My wife found mold in her apartment, and all they did was tell her it was mildew. I've seen mold before and trust me, this is it!
