I recently called Hampton Community Townhomes to inquire about a 3-bedroom unit, and my experience left me with serious concerns. At the beginning of the call, the leasing agent stated they had three units available — two priced at $1,495 and one at $1,475. When I asked about the difference, she explained they were essentially the same (black appliances, etc.) and that the pricing difference wasn’t due to upgrades. Worse decision I've ever made moving there it's a serious sewer problem the management was horrible towing horrible maintenance horrible and mode
I've been over here for a year now. I still have not got my dishwasher replaced or fixed I was being overcharged for rent. They were adding fees to my account. That were not supposed to be there. So whoever lives in this complex.. I need y'all to pay special attention to these charges that they're putting on your account. And don't just agree to it because it looks right. Maintenance is slow, my daughter put in 3 work orders at the beginning of October and none of them have been taken care of, I had to go over there and try to fix it myself. They slow to fix stuff but quick to let you know that your rent is a day late
I’m very pleased with how attentive and proactive the new management has been. Work orders that sat unattended for months have been taken care of in just a couple weeks Since Cross Rivers communites took over. The switch from SL Nusbaum was much needed. Even the quality of work from the maintenance that’s done is ten times better now.
