Staff is very unprofessional, never in the office or they sit in the office and ignore tenants, never answer the phone, maintenance necer fices anything...townhomes upgrades are half done, my dishwasher hasn't been working since I moved in.. 6 months.. no one has fixed the issue. Overall I wouldn't recommend moving here... they need new staff and management asap
The girls in the office are wicked awesome. So far we are enjoying our new house!!
Rude staff. I’m starting to think a lot of the reviews on here are fake just check Out this complex on other sites. Please do your research biggest mistake I’ve ever made. This place is infested with mice and roaches. faulty faucets.. nothing is ever fixed. . You pay an extermination fee every single month but services are skipped and they will blame you saying that they attempted to come into your home To cover themselves.. My son just asked me about these apartments, which we lived in, way back in 1983! I see someone mentioning in the reviews that they may have roaches in their apartments. We did, too, and after multiple attempts at trying to get rid of them, I went over to K-Mart, which was next door at the time, found found a book of natural remedies, and came up with a remedy for them. They inconvenienced me so bad on my move in date!! Not only that they gave me the run around and changed my date so many times!! I walk into the place to do my walk through and they got workers in there still putting the carpet down! Place won’t clean at all and they could’ve been had this done they been told me what my move in date was gone be 3 weeks ago!! Y’all had three weeks to get rid of them mf roaches and clean my unit!!!
