I've been over here for a year now. I still have not got my dishwasher replaced or fixed I was being overcharged for rent. They were adding fees to my account. That were not supposed to be there. So whoever lives in this complex.. I need y'all to pay special attention to these charges that they're putting on your account. And don't just agree to it because it looks right. Do your research and the women in the office constantly.. Lying to me honestly, I felt like they had something personally against me. I would not recommend... read more
Maintenance is slow, my daughter put in 3 work orders at the beginning of October and none of them have been taken care of, I had to go over there and try to fix it myself. They slow to fix stuff but quick to let you know that your rent is a day late
I’m very pleased with how attentive and proactive the new management has been. Work orders that sat unattended for months have been taken care of in just a couple weeks Since Cross Rivers communites took over. The switch from SL Nusbaum was much needed. Even the quality of work from the maintenance that’s done is ten times better now.
Staff is very unprofessional, never in the office or they sit in the office and ignore tenants, never answer the phone, maintenance necer fices anything...townhomes upgrades are half done, my dishwasher hasn't been working since I moved in.. 6 months.. no one has fixed the issue. Overall I wouldn't recommend moving here... they need new staff and management asap
The girls in the office are wicked awesome. So far we are enjoying our new house!!
