For around $1,800 a month after utilities, I expect this property to look better. I’ve noticed trash everywhere in the lawns, and what’s pretty embarrassing is that I’ve had MULTIPLE of my guests mention it when they come over. For a place so expensive, I expect the property to look nice, too. The trash compactor is always full and everyone just leaves their garbage everywhere. It’s sad. I recently left Hampton after 12 years. The property has gone so far down hill, it isn't worth a fraction of the rent. The staff are not supportive or helpful. The buildings go months without being cleaned (not even vacuumed in the winter when there's salt everywhere), no lawn care and there were raccoons in our attic for over 6 years with very little intervention by the staff. Can you imagine being woken up nightly by several raccoons right above your head for years??? There are major issues with the AC units in every build... read more
