The environment is unfriendly and the menager is not particularly friendly either. She is rude . . . I do not recommend this apartment complex
This neighborhood has a terrible manager, it's a real mess, there's no privacy at all. A neighbor can break into your house and insult you, and the manager turns a blind eye to it because he's known that person for a long time. I don't recommend anyone to rent a house here.
I had the same experience with Deanna. She is very unprofessional, rude, and does not keep her promises. Upper management really needs to pay attention because they are losing many tenants because of her behavior. Two of my friends’ families and myself are also moving out. The houses may look nice, but it’s impossible to live comfortably when you pay so much for rent, bills, and utilities and still deal with constant stress. I had the worst experience with this property manager. Deanna is the worst manager I have ever had. She is very unprofessional, rude, and makes fake promises. Because of her behavior, I decided to leave this building. Also, the person replying to these reviews seems fake. When you call the office, they never answer the phone. If they invite you to the office to “solve” the problem, it only becomes more stressful. They are rude and nothing actually gets solved. You will never be able to live in peace in this building.
