Apartments are raggedy , they don’t care about residents just want to charge a lot of money for some run down apartments. Stay away ! Management changes every 3 months it seem like

We been in Hampton Chase Apartments for 3 years. We have been great rent paying customer. We have 3 work orders they are 3 years overdue .. slide door ( cracks and holes) , plug in outlet and our front door has crack and holes as well , which we can’t keep apartment cool in the summertime or warm in the winter time . I’ve been here for 3years . Maintenance is horrible, management is thee absolute worst.,it’s always new management like every 6months I can never get questions answered. I was forced into a month to month lease because there was no management once again around the time of my lease renewal. Also the secretary customer service attitude is horrible. This property is one of the best properties I've seen in Nashville. You're very well maintained with great amenities! I highly recommend it to anyone in the Nashville area!
Love this place!
It is the absolute worst place to live! Maintenance SUCKS! Their up keep SUCKS! They are lazy! For what I pay a month I expect different! A lot different! It’s gonna be a no for me!
Yes it was very rocky before mainly with maintenance (I have been staying here for 2 years) but I will say that the new staff has been accommodating every request that I have put in things are seriously looking up
