RecommendedBest apartments in town. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Very clean and quiet. Maintenance (Josh & Charlie) both are very professional and helpful. Great views and layouts. Some apartments are located on a open field, which are filled with wildlife. Whitetail deer, wild turkey, owls and more. Can’t get much better!!!!

The apartments themselves are okay. The large living room and kitchen island counter are the only nice features. AT&T and The Hamptons' own private cable/internet company are the only ones allowed, so good luck if you have bad credit or are short on cash! The leasing office accepts anyone. My husband did not have a job nor any means of income when we first moved in, we both had terrible credit, and he has 2 felonies, but yet we were accepted without a problem.
