I WOULD RECOMMEND DR. HOWELL TO ANYONE.I HAD CANCER SURGERY AND HAD A BREAST REMOVED.HE IS DOING RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY ON ME.HE IS VERY GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES.HE IS A WONDERFUL DR.
