A very long list of issues with our pool install , and its still not right but do not want to dealing with these people anymore .........
It started out great but over the last 4 months has gone downhill. Do NOT hire this company to maintain your spa/pool unless you're going to watch them - multiple times they billed for services and chemicals not provided. When contacted about it the account manager agreed that there was a problem but the owner refused to provide a refund even with camera/video and neighbor witness of evidence of no service.
