This place IS NOT anywhere close to being a luxury apartment complex like they advertise it to be. I hav e had a hole in my dining room ceiling for over two months because of a toilet leaking upstairs. Ive neem told im not the only tenant with this same issue. The parking lot fills up with trash on the weekends because the dumpsters are only emptied once a week. There are many wild cats here that stink the place up horribly. So apparently this place has a new property manager. I received a notice attached to my door with the monthly news letter. I guess its okay to write rude newsletters because I felt as if i was reading a "Im in charge and you better listen" letter. I felt as if there was a condescending tone to everything that was written. I will be moving out soon. Yes, the rent is cheaper, but for gods sake, there is a way of doing good business. I wouldnt even give them half a star. When I first moved in, I just needed to move from my former location, quickly. I agree with what everyone says, except for the part about the children. It seems like the kids causing the most problems belonged to workers. They jimmy fix everything. I complain about a broke toilet, they bring a snake to unstop it, and keep it moving. I use to live there and it was the most horrible place to live. For starters everybody pays different prices when they are not supposed to they dont fix things at all!!!!!!!! when we moved in there was stains on the floor and we couldnt even open the windows because there was no screen on them. They air kept going out and they would jimmy rig it to stay on. the water heater broke so they put a clamp on it to stop it from leaking it didnt work. the bugs are beyond your control they bug man even stop coming around. I have a family member that lives there. Been there nine months and the air has not worked properly since she moved in. Now it is totally not working at all for about 3 weeks. Manager not helping. Wont give her another apartment but expect the rent to be paid. Says new unit on order. She has two small children and a medical condition. No air conditioner in Savannah this time of year is awful. Stay away from there, they dont fix things timely. Attitude is too bad, too sad, but where is the money.
I have lived on this property for over two years and wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy. The grounds are not kept up and if anything breaks, it stays broken!
