Everytime I turn my ac on theirs a sewer smell. Absolutely gross. Good look getting your security deposit back they will literally take it and will not give it back. I’m considering taking legal actions. Espeacially from the amount of rats not MICE but RATS. Paying way too much to be going through this.
Dumpsters always filthy from inside to literally outside trash everywhere. No visitor parking roaches always coming no matter if extermination or not. Washing machines broke once somebody finishes their load. It’s always left over water. I’m very disappointed and feel robbed staying there shortly leaving I’ll advise no one move here. I’ve been here a lil over a year I check the reviews before I moved here thinking it would change but it didn’t.
Worst apartment complex ever Jennifer the manager rude. My neighbor complain about smoke and this complex point fingers. My mother lives there just had open heart surgery and the fact they keep lying or assuming is wrong dead wrong. Can’t even use the stove cuz it burns nothing but smoke. They came to exterminate nd yet it’s like they feeding roaches they won’t go away.
Great service! Responsiveness. More importantly she listened! .Keep the great work.
