I have lived here for two years. I am very happy. The apartments a spacious and well maintained. The property mananger is very helpful and professional. The neighbors are friendly and kind. Pets are allowed. The rent is reasonable, especially for Monmouth County. Overall I feel safe and "at home" here.
If your a single woman moving into this apartment complex you will be fine, but if you are a couple or a guy you will be very disappointed. This complex is in a very good area and is generally very quite, but the downside to this place is the fact that the super plays favorites and really is not qualified to be running this complex. In order to get something done you have to go over his head and go to his boss, but even his boss (some company in Parsipanny!) is neglecting this place.
