This is literally the worst place I’ve ever lived. Never have I had so many issues with any place I ever lived in. Firstly is the cockroaches. They are everywhere and no matter what you do they are present. I was told that since I live next to the dumpsters that was the problem but in reality every person I spoke to in these apartments have the same problem: cockroaches and flies. I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from hampshire square apartment. Living here was an absolute nightmare.The biggest issue is Cockroaches. They were everywhere—sometimes even in my food! I can’t tell you how horrifying it was to wake up at night with cockroaches crawling on me while I was sleeping. I ended up getting sick and had to visit the doctor because of this. From the outset, the apartment unit I was assigned was not in the best condition. Upon moving in, I discovered several maintenance issues, including leaking faucets, inconsistent heating, and outdated appliances. Despite multiple requests for repairs, the response from management was slow and insufficient. It often took weeks for issues to be addressed, which was incredibly frustrating. The recent five-star review is a fake review. All of the bad reviews are accurate and reflect how this place is managed. The property manager is related to the reviewer. She's desperate enough to have someone put a fake review to make her look good. Residents who live/lived here know how this place really is. Rent has increased, and everyone still has outdated apartments. Apartments are cheap and the community is poorly maintained.
