They handled my issue well and didn't charge me. Very pleasant staff.
I purchased an ornament that I thought my wife would like but she did not and I returned it. Kathy A. Guptill stated that my credit card would be credited and emailed me. However, I lost that credit card and emailed Kathy that I would need to provide her with another credit card. I emailed three times and Kathy did not return any of my emails. Poor customer service. Would not do business with them again.
