Update 2; for current or future neighbors, be mindful if you lose a fence due to a hurricane and have it replaced you're required to have a permit. Marlene (head of HOA) was up our butts trying to replace the fence saying we would be fined if not. So obviously to avoid that issue we got it replaced. Update: apparently now the security guards place warning stickers on your guests cars despite parking in guests parking lot. I dont often invite l friends and family for this type of situation. The HOA hold private meetings without informing the members. They had tow trucks a while back targeting neighbors car and guests from their own driveway with no compensation or zero apologies.
