You do NOT want to live here. At all. You will not enjoy it. Your neighbors will be most unpleasant. Maintenance will ignore you. It's not a good neighborhood any longer. There was a murder here not long ago. Multiple drug dealers. Threats of violence towards residents' pets, including broken glass intentionally strewn about the sidewalk where dogs have to cross. It's just bad news. Would not recommend to anyone in any circumstance.
