They are trying with new management. They are keeping the grounds cleaner. And the buildings have improved. Here is where they need BIG improvement. Security. Mail! Packages are opened right in the lobby! And they have a camera in the entrance but not in the lobby where packages are opened and stolen daily with NO help from management. The experience has been a nightmare for me. I just moved in, and I am dreading the 10 months until my lease is up. Before I moved in, they told me my apartment would be getting renovated. Then, after I moved in, they told me they had to stop the renovations. I bet you they wouldn't let me say I had to stop my rent payments or my lease agreement. If you are considering moving into Hampshire Hill apartments, make sure you have an alternate location to perform your laundry activities at. New washing machines were just put in and are almost worthless. It can take over an hour to get one working, and that is if you are lucky. The management at Hampshire Hill Apartments is very focused on the cost of their expenses and company profits. All of the new washing machines they installed are not even the same model.
