I have read the other reviews. So far, with a stomach issue, I have found Rachel Clay, a PA, and other staff members, to be friendly and competent.
Dr. Ganz is an excellent gastroenterologist. She is sincerely interested in her patients and listens carefully to concerns and thoroughly answers questions.
I came to these doctors with a severe gi issue that had been ongoing and progressing. I fit all the criteria for crohn's disease, and was vocal about that. They were persistent that I was wrong, and instead did superfluous testing for minor conditions like hemorrhoids. When that did not show any results, they stopped looking into my symptoms and scheduling appointments with me, instead booking me for a colonoscopy almost a year later, despite my severe symptoms.
